Subprocessors
Third-party service providers that process information on behalf of QAISG and its customers.
Overview
Quantum AI Strategy Group LLC (“QAISG”) uses selected third-party service providers to support the operation and delivery of its products and services.
A subprocessor is a third party that may process customer personal data on behalf of QAISG in connection with providing a QAISG service.
The subprocessors used may vary by product, service, deployment, and customer configuration.
Current subprocessors
Render
Purpose: Cloud application hosting, managed database services, infrastructure, and related platform operations.
Render may process or host customer information required to operate applicable QAISG cloud services.
Cloudflare
Purpose: Network edge security, content delivery, DDoS mitigation, web application protection, traffic filtering, and related security services.
Cloudflare may process network and request information necessary to provide these services.
Resend
Purpose: Transactional email delivery and related messaging services.
Resend may process email addresses and message-delivery information necessary to send service-related communications.
Anthropic
Purpose: Artificial-intelligence-assisted functionality used in certain optional QAISG product features.
Where Anthropic services are used, QAISG seeks to minimize the information transmitted and limit processing to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable function.
Not all QAISG products or customers use Anthropic-enabled functionality.
Use of subprocessors
QAISG selects service providers based on factors including:
- Security capabilities.
- Privacy and data-protection practices.
- Reliability and operational requirements.
- Contractual protections.
- Applicable certifications and assurance information.
- The type and sensitivity of information being processed.
Subprocessors are authorized to process customer information only as necessary to provide the contracted service to QAISG and are subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.
Product-specific applicability
Not every subprocessor listed above is used by every QAISG product.
The specific subprocessors applicable to a customer may depend on:
- The QAISG product or service being used.
- Features enabled by the customer.
- Integration or configuration choices.
- Hosting and infrastructure requirements.
Additional product-specific information may be provided in customer agreements, data-processing agreements, or product documentation.
Changes to subprocessors
QAISG may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as its products and infrastructure evolve.
Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the Last updated date.
Where required by an applicable agreement or data-processing addendum, QAISG will provide notice of new subprocessors in accordance with that agreement.
