Throughout his career, Raymond has worked at the intersection of technology adoption and governance: helping organizations modernize infrastructure, secure critical systems, meet regulatory requirements, and evaluate emerging technologies.

QAISG grew from a simple observation: emerging technologies are often adopted faster than organizations can understand, govern, or measure them.

That challenge is especially visible with enterprise AI. Organizations are rapidly introducing copilots, generative AI platforms, APIs, agents, and AI-enabled applications while governance teams are being asked to answer increasingly difficult questions about usage, risk, controls, evidence, and compliance.
